R3TTE is a brand inspired by a deeply personal story. The name is derived from my daughter, Elvarette, which means “wisdom” and “a speaker of truth.” These values form the foundation of the brand, reflected in every piece I create—honest, original, and thoughtfully designed.

R3TTE presents ready-to-wear collections with a signature asymmetric cut, combining contemporary style with traditional elements. The brand embraces Indonesian heritage by incorporating local wisdom and preserving the beauty of wastra (traditional textiles).

Collection Name: Ethnic Nyentrik
“Ethnic Nyentrik” represents a collection inspired by the fusion of traditional and contemporary elements, expressed through an Urban Ethnic concept. It embodies a bold interpretation of cultural heritage in a modern fashion context.

The inspiration is drawn from various Indonesian cultures, featuring ethnic materials such as Batik from one of Indonesia’s regions, combined with subtle touches of Tenun Ikat. The collection showcases an unconventional mix of bright colors, creating a look that is unique, playful, and strikingly distinctive.

The total look highlights a Batik jacket with ruched sleeves, designed with either a closed collar or a hoodie-style collar, paired with a beautifully crafted tutu skirt made from tulle fabric.
